Purpose of the Role
As a Solution Engineer (Presales), you will be responsible for interacting and to determine prospective clients' needs and explain the value of our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the implementation and deployment phases of projects, ensuring a seamless and successful roll-out.
- Create Statement of Compliance (SoC) documents to serve as authoritative references for customers during tender bidding processes.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with potential clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to cultivate leads and offer comprehensive technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compile detailed Proof of Concept (PoC) documentation that aligns with and addresses customer requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for a specific technology or solution offered by the company.
- Offer extensive technical support to both partners and clients, helping them to understand and utilize the solutions effectively.
- Develop and deliver polished presentations for projects, proposals, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Eloquently communicate technical features and conduct insightful demonstrations of technology capabilities.
Requirements:
- Robust communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and interpersonal domains.
- Having bachelor degree.
- A flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to undertake travel as required.
- Exceptional ability in delivering compelling presentations.
- Demonstrable familiarity with a range of Internet Service Provider (ISP) technologies, including but not limited to Campus Networks, Data Center Networks, WAN, WiFi, Cloud, Security, or 5G, supported by tangible evidence.
- Having 3 - 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, or a similar technical capacity.
- Proven expertise in the successful deployment of large-scale projects.
