Presales System And Product Specialist

Qualification :

1.Able to speak English well (oral and written).

2.Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

3.At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4.Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

5.Providing pre-sales and product management support in object to assisting the sales team in achieving the annual sales target.

6.To deliver & promote a company core value statement to customers & partners.

7.To provide market research & analysis, as well as product localization input & feedback.

8.To deliver a business presentation and provide POC or UAT to customers and channel partner.

9.To prepare product & solution technical as well as business competitive analysis.

10.To prepare & support solution BOM for sales and channel partners.

11.To prepare business proposal & solution documentation.

12.To provide product training and support on marketing events & activities.

Required Skill(s) :

1. Basic Infrastructure.
2. Having knowledge of TCP/IP.
3. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, (include Active Directory, Domain Service, DNS/WINS/DHCP Service All server role & feature windows server), Backup Software and Linux advantage.
4. Experience with Virtualization (VMware,Hyper-V, or Nutanix).
5. Experience with SAN Storage and NAS Storage.
6. Having MCSA Certification.
7. Have VMware/Nutanix Certification : VCP/NCSE.
8. Have a positive attitude and good communication skill.
9. Can working in teams or individually.
