About the role:

A presales consultant works with the sales team to pitch potential clients or customers to ensure

they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided. Analyze the customer's needs and change their products or services to meet the customer's requirements. Individuals in this role will need strong coordination skills, understanding sales processes, prospecting leads, communicating ESB values and building good relationships with clients.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service.
• Accompany the sales team on visits to prospect and clients' sites.
• Conducting research into the industry, including competitor research.
• Liaise with the Product Team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements; or ideas to help them innovate or stay ahead of where the market is going.
• Determine the technical requirements to meet customer’s goals.
• Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
• Prepare and create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Follow up after meeting with prospective customers or clients to the sales team.
• Helping the sales team to achieve the target.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in FnB/Tech ERP sales company or related fields is a must.
• Aptitude for time management and organisation.
• Diploma Degree, but preferable Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
