Presales Specialist (Microsoft Product)

:

• Accountable for all technical aspect’s at presales stages (HLD and MLD)
• Lead discussions and assessments with enterprise/SMB customers to solve complex business problems
• Design solution to achieve the customer's objectives
• Be actively involved in contributing to our team community
• Support sales team for negotiations
• Present product and solution according to customer requirements and expectations
• Actively contribute for commercial discussion, analyse and optimize the commercial scheme
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer technical expectation
• Continue to develop technical capabilities and knowledge
• Deliver solution presentation focusing on values
• Maximize the values in every designed solution and conveyed to customers
• Expect moderate travel
• Help sales team qualify opportunity through budgetary/indicative commercial and solutions
• Execute technical customer engagements, produce design and implementation documentation specialization for Microsoft products and services

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, high level of technical expertise and extremely passionate about technology
• Up to date Cloud Certifications on one or more relevant technologies. Associate level mandatory. Expert level preferred
• Exposure to third party migration tools and processes
• Experience in consulting environments, customer focused and ability to produce quality documentation
• English proficiency is preferable, IELTS score above 6.5 is preferred (Optional)
• The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills and experience in customer management, enterprise consulting and cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services
• Exposure to various methodologies, best practices, and technologies
• Strong knowledge of the complexities of migration and enterprise project exposure
• Extensive and demonstrated experience in building, configuring, designing, migration of any to Cloud services (preferred specialization for Microsoft products and services)
• Technical lead and management of multiple projects, define and understand customer problems, development of strategies
