Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated technical solutions specialist to join our team. The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for gathering information from customers to identify their needs and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipment) that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or electro-mechanical engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

• Create the design, bill of materials, scope of work, schedule, and proposal documents.
• Assist the sales team in the process of selling products and services by creating new markets and developing existing ones.
• Coordinate with other departments to provide the required information before the project begins.
• Deliver presentations about technical solutions to customers and perform demos or proofs of concept if needed.
• Gather information from customers to identify their needs.
• Coordinate with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain the required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions.
• Analyze, develop, and propose technical solutions (technology and equipment).

Requirements:

• Fast learner and detail-oriented
• Knowledge in Database SQL
• High integrity, committed, and responsible
• Knowledge in thermography Thermal Imaging Systems ( FLIR).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Self-starter, dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and IT
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (S1)
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Knowledge in Building Industry or Manufacture
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electro-Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• Knowledge in Electrical Instrumentation and Automation System
• Knowledge in Security Systems
