Technical Specialist Jobs

1. Maintaining the availability and reliability of managed applications, by functioning as a second layer support to maintain Service Level of Agreement (SLA), by:

• Reviewing RD, FSD, TSD, TMP and Migration Notes on Project/CR/IR/SR related to managed applications;
• Monitor and repair both temporary (workaround solution) or permanent (permanent solution) to managed applications;
• Conducting escalation and approval of improvement plans/improvements/review results to TS/TL/DH.
• Evaluate and improve the managed system;

2. Coordinate maintenance plans and post-implementation reviews to keep things in order applications aligned with the IT Strategic Plan (ISP) and Standard Operational Guidelines (SPO) Information Technology System Operational Control (POSTI) of Bank Mandiri.

3. Conduct testing process in order to improve usability (functionality) and quality application by coordinating the IT Testing & Quality Assurance department.

4. Implementing a culture of compliance for the sake of upholding the principles of risk awareness and good governance.

5. Carry out operational risk management for every business process carried out, i.e identify, assess, monitor, control & mitigate operational risk including data quality and reporting where risk events occur in accordance with the provisions in force bank as well as being as role model in the context of implementing operational control

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 4+ years of experience as technical analyst.
2. Experience in managing Linux operation System.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication to convey the results of the analysis.
5. Experience of the Java programming language.
6. At least 2 years of experience in IBM MQ.
7. At least 2 years of experience of IBM Websphere.
8. Knowledge in using Oracle Database from application point of view.
9. Knowledge of Format Message (XML, JSON).
10. Experience banking transaction flow is a plus but not mandatory.
11. Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
12. Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player.
13. Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
