Technical And Service Engineer

PT. Cistech Alpha Indonesia is an Engineering Company focuses in providing high quality products and services in the area of industrial cleaning technologies.

This division started in 2011 and at first represent NLB Corp – a world leader in high pressure waterjet pump - as an exclusive distributor in Indonesia and over the years, Cistech has grown and expand the products offered to waterjet cleaning accessories (hoses, nozzles, automatic cleaning equipment), bundle extractor, industrial vacuum truck and dry ice cleaning machines.

As a member of WJTA, Cistech has initiated an importance of safety operation of high pressure waterjet cleaning in Indonesia by set up a new and dedicated high pressure training center for waterjet operators. This safety training program is developed with accordance to international standard.

Requirements

• Good communication, analytical and presentation skillsand computer literate
• A self-starter, excellent time and self-management, require minimum supervision
• Have basic knowledge in technical support, engineering and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and willing to travel on a frequent basis
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply knowledge
• Diploma / Degree in any ENGINEERING with minimum 3 years of experience in related field and same Industry
• Good communication and team player

Responbility

• Perform daily checks, troubleshooting, assessment, maintenance unit
• Supporting Sales and Marketing division with any marketing plan to provide technical service support such as technical material for product presentation and technical proposal for tenders,
• Responsible for processing and providing technical support and problem solving to customers in accordance with applicable standard procedures with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's products and services .
