Job Description
nullResponsibilities


  • Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network security device
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer
  • Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provide advice on improving operational system performance, capacity, and scalability of the
  • Willing to be placed on customer site
  • Monitoring Security threat
  • Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting security-related infrastructure
  • Customer
  • Provide security operation support, issue isolation, and troubleshooting for the incident
  • Plan, deploy and monitor security devices to ensure system hardening and network security
  • Manage and configuration firewall rules
Requirements


  • Understanding of risk assessments and their relationship to governance and compliance frameworks
  • Up-to-date understanding of technical threats and the techniques to defend against them - including tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Taking initiative and willing to learn more (Communicative; Initiative)
  • Security vendor certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices of IT security especially for networks, servers, and applications.
  • SMK or Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication, could elaborate on user requirements, and have project team member skill
  • 2+ years of professional experience in security engineering
  • Male, max 30 years old
  • Expertise in NGFW technology, mainly Palo Alto Network products
