Indonesian Citizen with native Bahasa Indonesia language skills

Knowledge in medical devices specifically for microscope, ophthalmology (diagnostic, therapeutic) equipment is preferable.

Ensure to fulfill the SMT (service management tools) application regarding Engineer’s activities.

Ensure the Customer Engineer competency needs and tools to fulfill the business’ requirements.

Ensure to fulfill customer’s requirements, project request, and site activities based on customer regulation.

Minimum D3 on Electrical/Electro/Industrial Engineering Field with up to two years'experience in a similar role

Responsible for customer Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Repair activities

Ensure all the required documents (forms, time sheet,..) are properly filled in and signed by customer.

Process Validation & Product Life Cycle (PLC) management

Responsible to manage process validation life cycle across Abbott Site Cimanggis.

Coordinate validation team to prepare process validation protocol, report and execute Qualification and validation as per defined timeline.

Together with Technical Services Manager communicate to MS&T to escalate any cases could not be resolved locally.

Implement new technology include project initiation and monitoring.

Periodic review product quality aligns with Periodic Quality Report (PQR), and Continuous Process Verification (CPV) program.

Excellent customer relationship management skill

A self-starter, excellent time and self-management, require minimum supervision

Provide customer training and coordinate with Regional Technical/Product Manager where help is need.

Working closely with the Regional Technical Service Manager, ASEAN and takes ownership of technical support for assigned territory and product lines.

With 3-5 years hands-on field experience in concrete/cement industry
