Technical Service Specialist - Nusa Tenggara Region

Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Service Specialist will deploy technologies by supporting interactions with clients and prospective customers and help them understand how the organization can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will ensure that new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Support strategic marketing technology and food or product safety quality and regulatory to develop and proof new products.
• Establish and cultivate effective relationships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.
• Support sales efforts to understand and solve complex customer issues.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Provide commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer support
• Experience with special feed optimization programs and database support.
• Experience in nutritional concept development
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English and collaboration skills.
