We Are Looking For Someone With


  • University degree from reputable university
  • Well understanding of Cloud Technology especially Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in server migration (from premises to cloud, from cloud to cloud including on premise migration)
  • Knowledge on VMware virtual system and cloud infrastructure, in managed service environment
  • Well understanding of Operating System such as Linux and Windows
  • Strong communication skills including interpersonal communication and written communications
  • Database maintenance, application & infrastructure monitoring
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Technical Specialist or Technical Support
  • Well understanding of server and storage technology
  • Application support, configuration, installations, and troubleshooting

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders


On The Job You Will


  • Work intensively with the Application team and Project Team
  • Assist in developing operation, installation, and upgrade procedures for hardware, storage, and servers
  • Continue to evolve the use of automation and configuration management
  • Primarily working with hosting and cloud team to handle infrastructure migration projects from on-premises to Azure Cloud from planning until execution
  • Ensure that the patching performs by the hosting team goes by coordinating with the Application team and business users
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server topology, inventory, equipment, and configuration
  • Participate in after-hours upgrade and maintenance troubleshooting
  • Need to have cloud technology knowledge (Azure, AWS, etc)
