& Responsibilities:

This is a contract Technical Product Support Specialist role, with a hybrid work arrangement of working in Jakarta, Indonesia with the option of remote work. As a Technical Product Support Specialist at Ingram Micro Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Ingram Micro’s customers, partners, and vendors in Indonesia. In addition, you will be working cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to identify and address technical problems.

Requirements :

• Can work individually and in a team
• Proven consultation skill with good communication and presentation skills
• High integrity, committed and responsible person
• At least 3 years of working experience with any SaaS apps
• Excellent in English (written and oral)

& Responsibilities :

• Analyzing, developing and proposing technical solutions
• Prepare, setup and deliver demo and proof of concept
• Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements
• Maintain certification for partnership with principles
• Coordinating with principals, cloud providers, end users to obtain required information
• Create design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
• Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
• Support end user to ensure product bundle are fully utilized
• Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
