• Deliver comprehensive training materials to new hires, helping them understand their job roles and the intricacies of new products.
• Assist customers in effectively using our IoT products, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues.
• Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IoT products and services.

Requirements:

• Background in providing technical support, troubleshooting, or working with IoT devices.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience as a trainer, with a proven track record of delivering effective technical training programs.
