1. Informs customers on product specifications of RR products and features
2. Aids customer in comparing products/ services
3. Answers operating- and how-to-use questions (non-technical and technical consultancy)
4. Acts as a brand ambassador and creates passion/ enthusiasm for the RR brand and products
5. Ensures a brand-adequate customer/ visitor treatment at the showroom
6. Prepares the showroom and ensures keeping it in mint condition at all times (cleanliness, flowers, representativeness)
7. Is supportive in accomplishing dealer events to present products and technologies to a wider audience
8. Keeps himself/ herself up to speed on new products, (financial) offers, (technical) features, digitalization, digital tools, services, brand and competitive information
9. Conducts emotional vehicle demonstration in a structured approach and starts building strong connection and relationship to customer
10. Plans and prepares test drive based on customer’s chosen vehicle and according to customer’s preferences with regards to location and date etc.
11. Offers customer to accompany him on test drive, provides product information to customers before, during and after
12. the test drive, returns test drive vehicle to dealership/ensures vehicle is being returned, screens eventual damages
13. Collecting Small Data of new leads and existing customers and update the CRM system
14. Create luxurious customer and high-touch experiences
15. Ensure a “seamless and first class” customer journey
16. Indirectly increase sales and attract new and younger target groups especially for RR Black Badge and Spectre model range
17. Will act as Product Expert for customer bespoke configurations and as inhouse product trainer
18. Inspire and generate excitement for the brand in general among visitors by being a welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and at the same time convincing product and brand expert
19. Create an exciting, unique, “unforgettable”, luxury product and brand experience in the showroom
