Vp - Indonesia Gcb Remainco Lead - Hybrid

Indonesia GCB RemainCo Lead is the senior level position in charge to lead and manage RemainCo team managing short and long tail activities related to GCB portfolio post business divestiture period. The role covers project management, operational, customer servicing and regulatory engagement. GCB RemainCo team would be responsible to handle any residual activities that are part of the Global Consumer Banking Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational activities related to residual GCB portfolio post business divestiture period.
• Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
• Manage a team by providing technical knowledge, coaching, evaluation, determining hiring etc.
• Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
• Manage and lead transition of relevant process/activities from the existing GCB Team post business divestiture period
• Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
• Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
• Provide input into and recommend technology change, process improvements and control framework enhancements
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
• Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions
• Assist leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics
• Lead the GCB RemainCo team in delivering regionally-driven and country-driven projects related to GCB RemainCo team setup in Indonesia
• Seek out and ensure corrective actions are implemented for control related issues and remedial action is taken

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in similar industry, preferably someone with a strong record in project management and operational background.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, has a solid background in dealing and working with various stakeholders

Education:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
