O2O Virtual Product Growth Intern

:

Assist the execution of Mitra virtual product experiments from end-to-end including (but not limited to):

• Monitor and analyze sales-army performance on a daily and weekly basis
• Align with multiple teams to determine the selling price for Mitra virtual product on a weekly basis
• Work closely with Mitra virtual product growth leaders to perform ad-hoc project
• Assist the team to manage Mitra's community project
• Determine the target user, carry out the operational stuff, and analyze the result to drive new insight

Job Requirements:

• Having a track record of product/project-related roles will be a plus
• Having a proven background in executing initiatives at student organizations, or any form will be a plus
• Final year student or fresh graduate preferably in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering major
• Have strong business acumen and strong analytical thinking skills
• Having strategy-related internship experience in a fast-paced startup environment, or management consulting will be a plus
• Creative and self-driven with a good attitude and high curiosity to explore new initiatives
