Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs as management defines.
  • Eager to visit construction sites and provide live product demonstrations to customers, making customer experience truly confident.
  • Possess a deep understanding of our products and effectively promote the product value to potential customers.
  • Using CRM software, maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in construction/equipment sales or related fields.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales quotas.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
