Manager Product Sales Specialist Jobs

Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Oil and gas, Mining is a must

Bachelor (s1) degree with major education in chemical engineering/pharmaceuticals/chemistry is a must

Passion for a product management role with 2+ years of experience in Product Management AI Product(s) and proven leadership experience

Collaborating closely with the R&D team, particularly algorithms engineers and product managers, to improve user interaction with AI products

Identify and translate market requirements, technical recommendations, and capability outcomes into meaningful customer impacts and functionality

Having knowledge of Data Analytics tools and Statistics (Python, SQL, Power BI)

having experience in related fields (proven with a recommendation letter from the previous workplace)

Follow our competitors and the industry (in any AI Product)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs as management defines.

Eager to visit construction sites and provide live product demonstrations to customers, making customer experience truly confident.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Possess a deep understanding of our products and effectively promote the product value to potential customers.

Using CRM software, maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends.

Understanding of sales and distribution with intermediate project management skills

Employee management experience and an empowering leadership style

Manage a team in key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction

Work with the marketing team on execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management

Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities

Manage the sales team in qualifying database and updating CRM

Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management

Strong knowledge of Healthcare industry and exceptional knowledge of products and services offered within the modality

With an in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product portfolio, markets, channel partners and competitions, develop and drive effective business strategies.

Develop and work with KOLs in targeted care segments to expand educational events

5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development or related field

Strong analytical and process skills

Develop their own skills (participate in our internal and external training programs)

Min. 1 year experience in the related field (freshgraduate are welcome to apply)

Having basic knowledge of our products (laboratory equipments)

Selling our services and products to both new and existing customers

Maintain good relationship with principals

Maintain good relationship with customers (by good telecommunication or face to face communication)
