Product Support Specialist Jobs

The Role and Responbility :
- Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements
- Support end user to ensure product bundle are fully utilized
- Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- Analyzing, developing and proposing technical solutions
- Create design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
- Prepare, setup and deliver demo and proof of concept
- Coordinating with principals, cloud providers, end users to obtain required information
- Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
- Maintain certification for partnership with principles (free and paid)
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of working experience with Microsoft Cloud and VMWARE Cloud
- At least 1 years of woring experience at Distributor company
- Have Microsoft or VMWARE certification is preferable
- Have knowledge in Cloud Services is mandatory
- Have technology experience in product such Google, Microsoft, VMware, Redhat
- Proven consultation skill with good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in English (written and oral)
- Can work individually and in a team
- High integrity, commited and responsible person
- Able to work under pressure
- Fast learner and have attention to detail
