The Personal Assistance (PA)/ Virtual Assistance (VA) requires someone who has excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. To work with senior staff, managers, or executive level to provide one-to-one administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the expat and internal/external clients.

• Handle requests and queries appropriately

• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

• Take dictation and minutes.

• Making phone calls and managing email accounts.

Requirements

• Reliable and trustworthy.

• Detailed-oriented and exceptional communication skills.

• Tech-Savvy (Email Management, Social Media Management, and Data Entry, etc)

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• English proficiency

• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
