Content Developer - Ai & Tech Skill

Responsibilities :

1. Creating various types of contents such as PPT, reading material etc, concerning Artificial Intelligence (Ai), Information Technology (IT), Cloud Computing, and related topics.
2. Translating complex technical information, concerning AI, IT, Cloud Computing, and related topics, into clear, concise, and accessible language in a way that non-technical audiences can understand.
3. Organizing the company's content repository, including maintaining a content calendar and archiving outdated materials. Ensuring that content is easily accessible by documenting all contents according to the OFA's file naming structure.
4. Proposing necessary improvements of the existing learning materials to meets the technology development. staying up to date with the technology development. Staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI, IT and cloud computing is crucial to create accurate and relevant content.
5. Having good communication, collaboration, and coordination skills and working closely with subject matters experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights. Collaboration ensures that the content accurately reflects the company's offering and maintains technical accuracy.
6. Ensuring that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging guidelines, and visual identity. Consistency in tone, style, and branding across different content helps maintain a strong and cohesive brand image.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree from Information Technology or relevant fields.
2. Experience in Ai, IT, and cloud computing content developer.
3. Experience in Ai, IT and cloud computing coach/teacher/instructor.
4. Experience in Ai, IT and cloud computing researcher.
5. Experience with Python Language for Ai.
6. Familiar with Ai, IT and cloud computing tools, code libraries and software.
7. Expertise in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Visio).
8. Having excellent written communication skills.
9. Familiar with relevant concepts, trends, and terminology on AI, IT and cloud computing.
10. Being able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver high-quality content within given timeframes. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
11. Having a creative mindset, generating new ideas, and finding innovative ways to present information.
