Growth Product Manager Omni-channel

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor product launch readiness and success metrics.
• Own product definition and product roadmaps.
• Attends all agile and scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap set by the product manager.
• Set product requirements in line with customer needs and business objectives.
• Continually monitor competitors digital products (apps, web & mobile based).
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop a strong understanding of stakeholders to drive development decisions.
• Support Co-Founders with Product strategy for customer-first digital experiences (web, app, emerging tech and channel partnerships).
• Responsible for the product development process from ideation to production.
• Ensure alignment among design, engineering, and ops.
• Understanding customers needs and mapping out the user journeys as well as leading the engagement with relevant third parties.
• Review and approve product and technical documentation.
• Strategizing and execution of the product roadmap for short, medium and long term.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Have a macro-view of everything that falls under the umbrella of product, including development, design, vision, and execution.

Requirement

• Required skills: Microsoft Project, Scrum Master, Product Manager, Product Owner.
• Should be playing a role of Product Manager and worked on the growth side.
• Experience of building products for store level will be a plus (If this is not available at least should be from Retail side)
• Experience of building products from ground up.
• Should have seen Offline to Online Retail journey or vice versa.
• Required language: English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
