When I just graduated from Harvard, I tried to apply for jobs, but no company replied. I emailed asking for updates but they told me they hadn't screened my application (they had to review tens of thousands). I feel like many worthy Indonesians are not getting the job they deserve due to the systemic issue of hiring inefficiency. Companies cannot quickly find the right talent fit for their companies. Our aim is to become Indonesia's No 1 Job & Mentoring Platform that connects curated talents to top Indonesian companies for internship or full-time roles. Responsibilities

• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms to boost business goals
• Strategize & execute digital marketing (paid ads, SEO)

Requirements

• Growth-oriented and open to feedback
• Comfortable with data and analytics
• Fluency in English is a huge plus
• Self-driven
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Min. 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strategic and creative thinker
