Your Role :


  • Build customer life cycle which as part of customer retention
  • Creating and executing CRM program or retention campaigns for existing customers
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data
  • Collect customer feedback and build something to upgrade customer experience
  • Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs


Your Profile :


  • Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and is eager to help build Jiera into the next VC-backed unicorn
  • Demonstrates high-quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
  • Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing, a plus
  • You have 1+ year of relevant experience in CRM, preferably in a fast-paced startup
  • Experience in using any CRM Softwares
  • Substantial ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes the initiative is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
  • Outstanding organizational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments
  • Experiences in related industries will be highly regarded; beauty, personal care, and/or local beauty brands/platforms (Avoskin, Y.O.U, Skintific, Somethinc, etc.)
