Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Partner with local digital marketers to identify areas of opportunity for professional growth within their local teams and digital areas of expertise.
  • Possess content writing skills with CRM considerations.
  • Experience in managing digital platform is recommended.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent).
  • Can optimize best application channel and required creatives needed to increase the users application base. Increase the conversion rate by choosing most optimum channel..
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in a digital function (candidates from CRM agency are welcome).
  • Experience in handling Zendesk operation.
