Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies and excellent knowledge of customer database systems

2+ years of experience in managing CRM software (Zoho CRM is preferred)

Create and manage Bitrix24 workspaces, including setting up project management tools, communication channels, and automation.

Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions within Bitrix24.

Proven experience working with Bitrix24, including customization, configuration, and administration.

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective Bitrix24 solutions.

At least 2-4 years of working experience in a digital function (candidates from CRM agency are welcome).

Possess content writing skills with CRM considerations.

Experience in managing digital platform is recommended.

Experience in handling Zendesk operation.

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent).

Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager for 2 year(s)

Manage marketing budget and approval processes effectively

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting

Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders

2+ year of experience in CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation role, preferably experienced in B2B Marketing

Strong experience in CRM and Consumer Analytics with a proven track record of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective omni-channel communications

Experience with the marketing automation / CRM tools: Hubspot, Zapier, MailJet, Airtable, WATI, OneSignal and etc

1-3 years of similar experiences, especially campaign management.

Having experience using CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, etc would be a good plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

You have 1+ year of relevant experience in CRM, preferably in a fast-paced startup

Experiences in related industries will be highly regarded; beauty, personal care, and/or local beauty brands/platforms (Avoskin, Y.O.U, Skintific, Somethinc, etc.)

At least 3 years of experience in related fields of a fast-paced or high growth environment

Hands-on experience in running CRM programs and infrastructure using MoEngage or other similar tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
