Role Overview

The position will be responsible for managing owned media campaigns and promotions for Pluang. This involves increasing funnel conversion and CTR, audience creation and segmentation, execution of push notifications, email marketing & other owned media channels, as well as the setup of promos on our incentivization platform.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having experience using CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, etc would be a good plus.
• 1-3 years of similar experiences, especially campaign management.
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented
• Meticulous, structured, and excellent at executing things
• Act as an individual contributor, and work with various stakeholders
• Address business problems assigned to insights

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and continuously optimise campaign governance for owned-media & through marketing channels such as Push Notifications, Email, In-App Banner, etc.
• Execute campaign output using the assigned tools to bring the campaign execution to live.
• Ensure available documents as a reference point for various stakeholders
• Provide custom analyses requested
• Delivering the campaign activities on time and with zero error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes
