Responsibilities

• Manage coupon creation for all promo campaigns (Internal and External promo), including promo from bank and brand partners.
• Support Owned Media & CRM team in receiving requests from cross department, and setting up Owned Media assets such as Push Notification, Newsletter, Landing Page, In-App Banner, Pop-Up Banner, and Inbox.
• Involve in issues and problem-solving related to all Owned Media & CRM projects / initiatives, both internal and external facing campaign and communications.
• Build, maintain and establish regular communication with other related departments to support regular activities and initiatives, including campaign, partnership, and product team.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all Pegipegi Owned Media and CRM campaigns / activities.
• Contribute to a CRM project that will drive impact to maintain and increase Pegipegi active users.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML and email marketing is a plus.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues across different verticals, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in Owned Media & CRM (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
• Interest, understanding, and following of industry trends.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing, or related majors.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
