Non-Key Expert – Social Media

Dyn@mic Talent is seeking a Non-Key Expert for Social Media to work on a consulting project that will run for 90 days, spread over an 18-month period."

Key assignment objective: to assist the Communication and Visibility for EU Cooperation project team in creating, sharing, and monitoring social media content on the events and activities organised under the communication and visibility contract in 2023-2024.

Tasks:

• Liaising with other EU project teams for content and promotional materials
• Developing and sharing content based on the monthly social media plan
• Working with the Key Expert Team and EU Delegation to ASEAN to develop monthly social media plans for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Developing and sharing social media campaigns to align with ongoing events and activities and/or EU Delegation to ASEAN directives
• Supporting the Key Expert Team with the implementation of other communication activities as required
• Managing social media analytics and reporting, including post-event social media monitoring and analysis
• Promotion of events and activities organised under the communication and visibility contract

Expertise required:

• University degree in either Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations or similar.
• Minimum two years’ professional experience in managing social media channels for international donor organisations in the ASEAN region.
• Significant experience developing materials for social media including captions, reels, stories, outline and copy for videos
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written, spoken, understanding).
• Experience developing social media editorial plans and social media handling.
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, understanding).
