Role Overview:
As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost conversions for our online music courses and masterclasses. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience, while actively monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to optimize our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience, with a primary focus on schools, colleges, and music enthusiasts.
Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Manage social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
Monitor social media trends, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and suggesting innovative ideas for campaign improvement.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media campaigns.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in developing partnerships and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant entities to expand the brand’s online reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the education or arts industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for each.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and grammatically flawless content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest fresh ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with video editing tools are a plus.
