We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform social media strategy
2. Design and execute a social media plan that reflects the company’s objectives and brand identity
3. Set specific objectives for social media campaigns and report on return on investment (ROI)
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily engaging content across various platforms (text, images, videos, news) to attract and retain a loyal following
5. Monitor and analyze SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and improve performance
6. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize customer satisfaction
7. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
8. Oversee the design of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts
9. Identify and implement new features and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and design tools in social media and apply them to improve strategies and content quality.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (preferable)
2. Hands-on experience in content management
3. Excellent copywriting skills
4. Ability to deliver creative content in various formats (text, image, video)
5. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
6. Familiarity with online marketing channels
7. Basic understanding of web design principles
8. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
9. Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing or a relevant field.

• Willing to work for 7–10 hours per wee
