About the role
We are looking for an A+ candidate to build and lead the tech sales team in Brick. Your job is to bring delight to Fintech developers and leaders; and to make Brick’s clients love us. A successful candidate will be personable, detailed, and focused on helping others succeed. The candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure customers not only integrate with Brick successfully, but continually achieve value from Brick’s products.
What you will do:
- Product Expert
a. Become an expert on Brick products (from a technical and product perspective), and understand the client needs and how an integration with Brick products would provide the most value for customers.
b. You should be highly familiar with API products and be able to guide clients through a smooth integration process
- Monitor and manage client’s health
a. Proactively map out clients’ technical requirements in an integration roadmap and ensure project timelines are met.
b. Conduct analysis of internal data sets to identify root causes of any issues with your client’s health.
- Build strong happy client relationships to achieve long-term success
a. Build a strong long term relationship with clients and to become a trusted advocate for them internally by providing valuable insights.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Brick’s internal team
a. Provide product specific clients feedback (i.e., features, functionality, competition, and possible sales results) to product managers, management, and other relevant teams as appropriate.
- Project management & solutioning
What you will need:
- Knowledge about API and Application Integration will be a plus point
- Experience in client support / technical sales
- Experience in fintech or complex SaaS products a plus
- Experience in the Indonesian market is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple integration projects
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in written & spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
