About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and innovative design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience by crafting visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to understand user needs and product goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and design assets.
• Work within established design systems and guidelines to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing user interface across various platforms and devices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the product’s functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Develop user personas, user stories, and design guidelines to ensure a consistent and user-centric experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide support during the development process.

Duration:

• 3 months duration
• Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user insights into effective design solutions.
• Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment is preferred.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends and design tools.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts and decisions effectively.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
