RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are looking for an experienced Product Experience Designer to join our product development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative user experiences that are consistent, intuitive, and engaging.

The Product Experience Designer will be an integral part of our product team, working to develop new features and enhance existing products. The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing user feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop user stories

• Developing wireframes and prototypes to test user experience

• Working with product and engineering teams to ensure that product experiences are delivered on time and to the highest quality

• Developing user personas and journeys to inform product decisions

• Evaluating existing product designs and suggesting improvements

• Creating and maintaining design guidelines to ensure consistency across products

• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business goals

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles is essential.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with two-five years of relevant experience preferred

·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Demonstrated experience in User Testing/Prototyping/research methods

·Proficiency in Figma, Adobe creative suite, figma, sketch, and other latest design software

.Experience with Design System/Components and presenting to team and stakeholders to ensure that design meet business goals
