Our company partner is seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Professional to spearhead our email marketing strategies. As the Email Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.You will work closely with our Business Developers andProspecting Virtual Assistants as yourinnovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand(to prospects), delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships. Async mostly, yet with regular team meetings online.

Responsibilities:

• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

Our Needs

Wants to work with an edtech firm

A proven track record of providing actionable solutions

Proven work experienceas an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist

Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

Proficiency in marketing automation technology

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

Familiarity with analytical and database tools

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Strong project management skills

An ability to work under tight deadlines

BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Critical thinker and problem solver

Fluent in English – both written and spoken.

Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.

Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
