University Admissions Officer (Leeds Beckett University) - Jakarta

The contract spans a dynamic 2-year period.

The Role:

As the Admissions Officer, your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Collaborating closely with the International Recruitment and Partnership - SE Asia team. Essentially you will ensure the service of a customer-focused, efficient, and compliant admissions process. From aligning processes with University strategy to managing peak volumes and crucial KPIs, your contribution is vital.

Over time the individual will be exposed to the complete workings of the international student recruitment industry, providing a deep understanding of how LBU works with market stakeholders such as agents, schools, and universities; a commitment that is aligned with LBU’s mission to “use their knowledge and resources to make a positive and decisive difference to people, communities and organisations”.

What You’ll Do:

• Process applications from SE Asia, aiming to offer students and agents turnaround offers promptly.
• Enhance applicant conversion and uphold candidate quality in alignment with institutional goals.
• Ensure adherence to the University's Admissions Policy and relevant regulations while handling non-standard applications.
• Familiarise yourself with the University's Admissions Policy, Office for Students (OfS) conditions, and other pertinent regulations. Your attention to detail ensures compliance with College, UCAS, and statutory bodies' requirements.
• Innovate and implement improved methodologies for better meeting applicants' needs.
• Manage international applications in line with UKVI compliance and CAS issuance.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties, producing insightful reports to guide institutional decisions.

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or business/communication/management
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, with good judgment and adaptability.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Experience in service operation, business processes & systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and database products.
• The ability to manage change and build strong relationships.

Desirable Candidate Requirements:

• Experience within the admissions/recruitment team or in the Higher Education sector.
• Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR and the ability to work methodically.
• Understanding of the UK Higher Education system.
• Master’s qualification in a related field

Salary and Benefits:

At Noble Solutions, we believe in recognizing the value and expertise of our employees. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Base Salary: Rp. 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 IDR per month

Benefits:
