The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, from strategy and KPIs to employee performance and customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through various publications, subscription services, and a knowledge platform available to registered members. Training and advisory services offer support in deploying these insights in practice.
The KPI Institute is in the process of establishing different business units ranging from SaaS, Life
Management Institute, Digital Agency, etc. We are transformed as a fast-growing ecosystem
providing various services for different segments of customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
1- Content Scheduling and Publishing:
- Ensure posts are published at optimal times to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Schedule and publish daily posts across various social media channels.
2- Content Curation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and curate relevant content for posting.
- Give proper credit and attribution to the original content creators.
3- Social Media Platform Management:
- Messages, and mentions.
- Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features.
- Monitor social media accounts and platforms to ensure timely responses to comments,
- Engage with our audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts.
We expect you to:
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Hold a university degree preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or other similar disciplines;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and challenging
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
