Social Media Supervisor Jobs

Join our e-commerce team and take the lead in elevating our online presence and audience engagement. As a Social Media Supervisor, you will oversee our brand's interactions on various platforms, ensuring that our messages resonate with our audiences and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in responding promptly and accurately to audience queries via chat or comments.
• Ensure our internal databases are updated with pertinent information from social media interactions.
• Manage and resolve escalated audience issues, ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead and enhance the social media experience, driving stronger audience engagement and fostering organic growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve audience interaction and brand image.
• Monitor and address complaints on social media, ensuring immediate and professional assistance.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of audience comments and feedback.

Qualifications

• Ability to work from our office in Mega Kuningan, North Jakarta and available to start immediately.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Candidates with connections to TikTok-related KOLs will be given priority.
• Experience overseeing inbound interactions on social media platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the Beauty Industry on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with key social media platforms in Indonesia, including Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Deep understanding of skincare and beauty; staying updated with the industry's latest trends, especially in the Indonesian context.

Compensation

Monthly Salary Range: Rp. 8jt - 10jt.

Additional commission will be provided.
