We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen creative eye with a drive and motivation to engage with the audience across different platforms. Although most of the content will be created by the team. The Social Media manager must have the ability to manage different social media channels, creating engaging content and increasing follower growth organically.

Resposibilities

·Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives

·Create and curate high-quality content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

·Implement the content calendar, ensuring that content is posted consistently and follows best practices, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

·Monitor, engage with, and respond to comments and messages across all social media platforms.

·Analyze social media data to measure success and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and follower growth.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.

·Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing and implement new strategies accordingly.

Weekly Tasks:

·Plan and schedule social media content for the following week using our social media management software.

·Monitor social media conversations for mentions, comments or direct messages and respond in a timely manner.

·Conduct weekly analysis on published posts to determine content effectiveness.

·Continuously brainstorm new ideas for content and campaigns to increase engagement and followership.

·Attend weekly meetings with the content team and provide recommendations on upcoming content and campaigns.

Desirable Qualifications:

·Formal qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·Experience in social media marketing

·Good knowledge of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.

·Proficient in social media management tools such as Facebook,YouTube and TikTok Ads Manager

Must have Skills:

·Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

·Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

·Good organisational skills
