Intern Social Media Content Specialist (Tiktok)

Requirements:

1. Experience & education

• Final years student or fresh graduate in communication, marketing, advertising or relative background

2. TikTok and social media experience

• Understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok , Instagram, Twitter & Facebook).
• Proficient in using TikTok's features, trends, and algorithms.
• Passion for TikTok
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and platform changes.
• A portfolio of TikTok content created and showcasing creativity

3. Creative Skills:

• Strong creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.

4. Content Production:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

5. Storytelling:

• Proficient in telling compelling stories through short-form video content.

Job description:

1. Social media management

• Learn and implement TikTok and other social media best practices, including the use of relevant hashtags and captions.
• Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in managing the end to end Instagram, TikTok, Twitter account from content creation, calendar planning to weekly reporting
• Assist in day-to-day management Talenesia social media channel and content

2. Content creation

• Develop new, creative, and highly engaging content to grow Instagram, TikTok,Twitter audiences
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and execute TikTok content ideas.
• Supporting social media execution, including photo, video or and managing content on social
• Create engaging TikTok videos that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• QC of content copy & caption before publish in Social Media
• Detailing content plan into creative brief
• Take the initiative to learn about social media marketing and content creation

3. Research

• Stay informed about TikTok and other social media trends and challenges to incorporate into our content strategy
• Exploring KOLs based on character, content, tonality and budget that match all qualifications

4. Monitoring, Report & analyses

• Analyze engagement metrics to track the performance of TikTok content
• Monitor comments and user interactions on TikTok, and respond as appropriate
