Job Title:

Social Media Specialist Intern

:

As a Social Media Specialist Intern, you will be involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Content Development: Creating creative and engaging content such as images, short videos, text, and infographics using Canva or other tools to be posted on skincraft’s Instagram account weekly.

• Scheduling and Posting: Determining the content posting schedule on Instagram. Posting content at optimal times and frequencies.

• Engagement: Interacting with followers and the audience through comments, direct messages, and responding to inquiries. Increasing engagement and building relationships with followers.

• Livestream: Do livestream to demonstrate products when needed.

• Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking content performance by monitoring metrics like likes, comments, shares, and follower growth. Analyzing data to evaluate campaign success and identify necessary changes.

• Strategy Development: Planning long-term and short-term Instagram content strategies to enhance brand presence on social media and achieve marketing goals.

• Innovation and Creativity: Staying updated on social media trends and innovations and finding new ways to capture attention and engage with the audience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership of tasks assigned with attention to detail
• Having knowledge about beauty and skincare industry products will be a plus.
• Able to use editing photo or videos software
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends.
