Social Media Marketing Specialist

Matchawear is a fashion brand on TikTok, focused on providing top notch quality products with very competitive pricing. Our products range from tops to bottoms, with style that are suitable for your daily needs.

Our office is located in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. We are seeking a motivated, creative, open-minded, and fast forward thinking Social Media Specialist & Creator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting photoshoots on product catalogs, branding, and color series.
• Assist and prepare host in live streaming broadcast from our office 2-3 times a week, with a duration of 5-6 hours per day.
• Be the face and representative of Matchawear's TikTok & other social media channel.
• In charge in generating and executing creative ideas for daily contents on Matchawear's social media platforms, and engage in other digital aspect such as stories, communicating with customers through comments, likes, and etc.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends on social media contents and fashion trend.
• Discuss and collaborate with marketing team on creating a script & schedule for the live stream, as well as review and recapping the live streaming report review based on the market's response and feedback.
• Building and executing social media strategies, as well as analyzing social data and optimizing the company's social media platforms.
• Responsible in handling Matchawear's social media platforms and uploading contents based on daily schedule.
• Discuss and work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the content is engaging and collaborate on developing strategies to maintain relevance and improve customer engagement, and brainstorm campaign ideas to boost sales and reach the sales target .

Job Qualifications:

• Experienced in content creating and have a good knowledge of trends that are currently happening.
• Knowledge of online marketing and strategies, as well as having good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• A quick learner in understanding the product's knowledge, able to adjust with new information and quick problem solving skill.
• Always curious and have an eye for the fashion & beauty industry
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, have a good articulation and excellent in verbal communicating skills
• Optimistic and a Problem Solver
