Social Media Talent - Crypto

Kommunitas is a decentralized crowdfunding ecosystem for web3.0 projects. We help and incubate great team with unique ideas to grow and nurture the web3.0 ecosystem. We're looking for amazing and creative talent to join to our team as Social Media Talent (TikTok). Inside our digital team, you will be exposed to exceptional learning experiences in blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.

- Develop compelling content ideas, including video concepts, trends, and challenges, that align with our clients' brand identities.

- Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that captivate and inspire our clients' target audience.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on the TikTok platform, and identify new opportunities for our clients to leverage.

Requirements:

- PhotoGenic and love being in front camera

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful TikTok marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its algorithm, and best practices for content creation.

- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives through short-form videos.

- Proficiency in video editing tools and software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Crypto experience is preferred
