PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. SPV has grown successfully over the last almost four decades to the largest viscose site of the Lenzing group with its present capacity of more than 320,000 tons of Viscose Fibers and 190,000 tons of Sodium Sulfate. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

Performance Improvement Consultant

Purpose of the job

Performance consultants are methodology experts driving the performance improvement agenda for Lenzing Group. The role is providing the methodological competence, maintaining an end-to-end value stream perspective and foster sustainable performance improvement for the whole organization by:

• Enabling through training for improving “In-Line Performance”
• Executing projects for “Accelerated Performance”
• Supporting through facilitation for improving “Collaborative Performance”

Process responsibility:

Responsible for the application and further development of the improvement tools within Lenzing. Responsible for the identification and performance of sustainable improvements in collaboration with CI Managers. Member of the Global P.I.T. Team.

Requirements:

• Willing to be assigned in Purwakarta, West Java.
• Advanced university degree (Economics, Industrial- /Engineering, Chemistry or Finance) and / or relevant process or chemical industry experience.
• Effective ability to lead diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
• Effective ability to work independently and under changing conditions.
• Has shown initiative and the strong desire to drive change and is self-motivated to exceed expectations.
• Effective ability to think cross-functional and interdisciplinary.
• Execution oriented, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible results.
• Considerable experience in either: Lean Management, Six Sigma, DFSS, SCRUM/Agile or Shop floor Management Consulting experience preferred.
• Effective analytical and project management skills.
• High customer orientation, passionate, highly motivated and result oriented.
• Effective interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Effective written and oral communication / presentation skills.
• Openness towards change a willingness to engage in a new mindset and change process.
