As the VP of Improvement, you will lead and oversee all improvement initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes. You will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to align improvement efforts with the company's overall strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and ensuring the successful execution of improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in leading improvement initiatives in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Leadership qualities include inspiring and motivating teams, facilitating collaboration, and building strong relationships.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
