We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:

-Set Performance Targets. This role should set targets for each layer within the team and commissions and reward levels that meet budget requirements. You also need to hire/fire team members as needed based on performance levels

-Build and Grow the Sales Team.This role should create standardized training materials for Sales Executives, Sales Managers and Head of Developer Sales and career growth plans for sales team members. Sales VP should also implement training programs, measure performance improvement by average volume of sales per sales person

-Manage Revenue & Budgets.This role should manage direct sales team cost as set by the quarterly and annual budget and ensure that costs are adjusted based on target achievement levels

-Support & Mentor the Team. Act as a leader and mentor to all team members, Sales Manager should bring inspiration and learning to those under your team and ensure all sales members work with ethics, integrity and respect.

-Ensure client satisfaction by achieving targeted sales amount per month and per quarter; creating a strong client / partner relationship between the developer and 99 Group; meeting with each developer together with the sales manager and project manager at least 1x/month

-Sales VP will be asked to maintain a strong understanding of the market by researching projects, sales velocity and market trends on a regular basis.


Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience as a sales leader and 5+ years of experience as a Director or VP level of Sales

-Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with many internal teams

-Target Oriented. Able to exceed targets given regardless of obstacles.

-Excellent training and management skills

-Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.

-When given the “what” (end goal) , able to figure out the “how” (all the tasks needed to make it happen) without too much guidance.
