Position Overview
As the Vice President of Sales for Indonesia, you will be responsible for jump-starting our business in the country, driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in aggressively expanding our nascent customer base, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
- Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, implementing best practices and leveraging sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development and enhancements.
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan for Indonesia to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations to shape the company's sales strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong experience and understanding of the Indonesia Education Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to drive sales success.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
