Location: On-Site Working at Gadai MAS Head Office, Rawamangun, East Jakarta

- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university

Considerable experience in either: Lean Management, Six Sigma, DFSS, SCRUM/Agile or Shop floor Management Consulting experience preferred.

Effective analytical and project management skills.

Advanced university degree (Economics, Industrial- /Engineering, Chemistry or Finance) and / or relevant process or chemical industry experience.

Effective interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.

Effective written and oral communication / presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present reports to management.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Familiar with operational process management and process improvement tools.

Monitor and report on operational performance regularly to management and present improvement recommendations.

Manage a variety of projects according to the requirements of the company.

Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 1 year experience (Preferred has experience in Banking, P2P or Multi-finance industry)

Microsoft Excel and powerpoints skills

Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills

Monitoring cost to ensure it is within budget and preparing required documentation

Monitoring digital banking service performance and coordinating with related parties for improvement

Preparing required reporting and documents

Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :

- Provide Data and Analysis related to Operation for more effective execution

- Improving SOP and Operation Flow in all section

- Reducing Cooking Time, Delivery Time, Customer Service response time and optimizing all Operation aspect

- Ensuring Food Quality, Customer Focus and Consistency
