We’re looking for Operation & Process Improvement Analyst. Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present reports to management.
• Familiar with operational process management and process improvement tools.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver on multiple projects.
• Digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing technology for efficient work processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team, with strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace would be a plus.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and productivity enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas that require improvement and increased efficiency.
• Monitor and report on operational performance regularly to management and present improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate projects related to office needs and ensure timely and budgetary target achievement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Manage Google Workspace and Exabytes to ensure smooth operation and utilization of these platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of process changes and ensure successful adoption by team members.
• Manage a variety of projects according to the requirements of the company.
