About Our Client
Our client is a renowned technology brand with operations across the global market.

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in HR management
  • Create policies and procedures related to HR business process, covering the management of HR digitalization projects
  • Formulating budget, monitor project implementation, and review improvement progress within HR department
  • Create monthly analysis material
  • Review, analyze, identify, and monitor risks within end-to-end HR business process
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous team managing experience
  • Bachelor's degree from Psychology or other relevant educational background with about 5 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in initiating/leading HR digitalization transformation project
  • Understanding of end-to-end HR business process
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Fluent in English
